14.0 CIVIL ROADWORKS PRODUCTS
Havestock civil products conform to the local government drawings and specifications and are fully covered by the company's Quality Assurance Program for IS09002.

Havestock’s civil range of castings also includes commonly used items such as water boxes, path boxes, hydrant boxes, marker plates, lifting keys.
New Products :
Any councils and local authorities are now looking for new solutions for their access cover requirements. Many of the older style covers are too small in clear opening sizes and concerns are being raised on the lifting weight of the older covers.
Havestock has two new ranges of covers applicable for municipal sewer & stormwater requirements; the "TACS" products and Litelift products. Both of these products are previewed overleaf but please refer to Section 5 Sealed Circular Covers & Frames for more detailed information.
If desired, civil covers can be coated in HS-1 Surface Treatment System. To specify this system, add HS-1 to the Product Code.

"TACS" Total Access Cover System
- The TACS cover system is fully detailed in Section 5.
- These covers are 600mm clear opening and are available in Class B and Class D load ratings.
- Class B covers are available in solid ductile iron or as a concrete infill and both of these covers are interchangable.
- Rising rings are available with the Class D covers to adjust the frame up to suit future resurfacing situations.
- Logos can be cast into the solid covers.
- All covers have the provision to be bolted down.
- Covers and frames are sealed.
- Machined surfaces are protected with Havetec HS-1 Surface Treatment System.
LiteLift Covers
- Litelift covers offer a 600mm clear opening size and are available in
Class B and Class D load ratings.
- The solid ductile iron lid is designed to take full highway (Class D)
loadings whilst still being light to lift.
- All covers have the provision to be bolted down.
- Covers and frames are sealed.
- Surfaces can be treated with Havetec HS-1 Surface Treatment System.
